Day One: Salmon With Gingery Green Beans and Bok Choy


So last night I made Salmon With Gingery Green Beans and Bok Choy.  It didn't turn out as gingery as I would have liked.  The boy liked it a lot which surprised me, he doesn't like fish all that much.  I will say that sriracha and salmon is a kick-ass combo.  Probably will skip last night's actual recipe for Tomato Soup With Roast Beef, Cheddar, and Horseradish Panini, even though it looks really good because I'm off a day and its still too hot for soup and roast beef.
